Items 1 to 3 — THE RPF BANDमद 1 से 3 — आरपीएफ का बैंड

Part G is Security Matters, and it does not use the three columns of the earlier Parts. It prints one DELEGATION column, and it names the officer inside it. These delegations are IN ADDITION to the delegations under Security in Part C, Miscellaneous Matters.

• Item 1 purchases and stitches the UNIFORM MATERIAL for the RPF or RPSF band
• PCSC, the Director or JJR: FULL POWERS; CSC: RS 5,000 PER STAFF, with an annual ceiling of Rs 2,00,000
• Finance concurrence is not necessary up to RS 1,50,000 in each case
• The life of a SUMMER uniform is 2 YEARS, and of a WINTER uniform 5 YEARS
• Item 2 purchases the BAND EQUIPMENT: PCSC, the Director or JJR FULL POWERS; CSC up to Rs 1,50,000
• Item 3 REPAIRS the band equipment: PCSC, the Director or JJR FULL POWERS
• CSC: Rs 5,000 in each case, with an annual ceiling of Rs 50,000
• The Principal of a ZTC: Rs 2,000, with an annual ceiling of Rs 20,000
• In items 2 and 3 too, finance concurrence is not necessary up to Rs 1,50,000 in each case

अर्थात् वर्दी अपनी आयु से बदलती है, घिसने से नहीं, और वे दो वर्ष तथा पाँच वर्ष आप बताइए।

Items 4 and 5 — A TEMPORARY WORK, AND A BADA KHANAमद 4 और 5 — अस्थायी कार्य, और बड़ा खाना

Item 4 sanctions temporary works to handle large crowds, extremist situations, melas and other exigencies. Those works are concertina or razor edge fencing, the erection of morchas, portable morchas and temporary towers, queue managers, and the installation of search lights.

• PCSC, DRM or CWM: RS 1,00,000 EACH OCCASION, with an annual ceiling of Rs 10,00,000
• CSC or ADRM: Rs 10,000 each occasion, with an annual ceiling of Rs 1,00,000
• Sr DSC or DSC in independent charge: Rs 5,000 each occasion, with an annual ceiling of Rs 50,000
• Finance concurrence is necessary ABOVE RS 5,000

• ITEM 5 — THE BADA KHANA
  • It is held on the RPF RAISING DAY, once a year, as the Force tradition requires
  • It is also held during a visit of the Minister or the Minister of State
  • So it is on a visit of the CRB, the DG/RPF, the GM, the CSC or the DRM
  • It is held during a Darbar, on a ceremonial occasion, and for other visits made to interact with the force establishment
  • PCSC: up to RS 1,50,000 PER BADA KHANA
  • DRM, CWM, the Director or JJR: up to Rs 1,00,000 per Bada Khana
  • CSC, Sr DSC or DSC in independent charge: up to Rs 50,000 per Bada Khana
  • Finance concurrence is necessary
  So the Bada Khana is counted by the meal and not by the year, and you should say per Bada Khana.

मद 4 बड़ी भीड़, उग्रवादी स्थितियों, मेलों और अन्य आकस्मिकताओं से निपटने के अस्थायी कार्य स्वीकृत करती है। वे कार्य हैं कँटीली या धारदार बाड़, मोर्चों, चल मोर्चों और अस्थायी मीनारों का निर्माण, कतार प्रबंधक, और खोजी बत्तियाँ लगाना।

• पीसीएससी, मंडल रेल प्रबंधक या सीडब्ल्यूएम: हर अवसर पर 1,00,000 रुपये, 10,00,000 रुपये की वार्षिक सीमा के साथ
• सीएससी या एडीआरएम: हर अवसर पर 10,000 रुपये, 1,00,000 रुपये की वार्षिक सीमा के साथ
• वरिष्ठ डीएससी या स्वतंत्र प्रभार वाले डीएससी: हर अवसर पर 5,000 रुपये, 50,000 रुपये की वार्षिक सीमा के साथ
• 5,000 रुपये से ऊपर वित्त सहमति आवश्यक है

• मद 5 — बड़ा खाना
  • यह आरपीएफ स्थापना दिवस पर, वर्ष में एक बार, बल की परंपरा के अनुसार होता है
  • यह मंत्री या राज्य मंत्री की यात्रा पर भी होता है
  • वैसे ही सीआरबी, डीजी/आरपीएफ, महाप्रबंधक, सीएससी या मंडल रेल प्रबंधक की यात्रा पर
  • यह दरबार के समय, औपचारिक अवसर पर, और बल के प्रतिष्ठान से संवाद की अन्य यात्राओं पर होता है
  • पीसीएससी: प्रति बड़ा खाना 1,50,000 रुपये तक
  • मंडल रेल प्रबंधक, सीडब्ल्यूएम, निदेशक या जेजेआर: प्रति बड़ा खाना 1,00,000 रुपये तक
  • सीएससी, वरिष्ठ डीएससी या स्वतंत्र प्रभार वाले डीएससी: प्रति बड़ा खाना 50,000 रुपये तक
  • वित्त सहमति आवश्यक है
  अर्थात् बड़ा खाना भोजन से गिना जाता है, वर्ष से नहीं, और 'प्रति बड़ा खाना' आप कहिए।
