THE COLUMNS OF AN SOP PAGEएसओपी पृष्ठ के स्तंभ

Each schedule prints its items in columns, and the columns name the officers.

• RCF's GM's powers: Item No., Delegation of Powers, and Authority (Railway Board's letter no.)
• RCF's Works SOP: Sl. No., Description of Item, Authority, then PHOD/CHOD, SA Grade, SG/JA Grade and Sr Scale
• The Establishment SOP: S.No., Description of Item, Authority, Coordinating HOD, SA Grade, SG/JA Grade, and Sr Scale, Jr Scale or Assistant Officer
• The Model SOP: S.No., Nature of Powers, PHOD/CHOD/HOD, DRM/ADRM/SAG, divisional and headquarters officers, and Remarks

The AUTHORITY column cites the Board's letter or the Code rule behind the power, such as Rules 1607 and 1608 of IREC Volume II. So you read an item across, from the item to its authority to each officer's power.हर अनुसूची अपनी मदें स्तंभों में छापती है, और स्तंभ अधिकारियों के नाम देते हैं।

THE ENTRIES IN THE POWER COLUMNSशक्ति स्तंभों की प्रविष्टियाँ

The schedules fill each officer's column with a small set of entries.

• 'FULL POWERS', sometimes limited, as in 'full powers in respect of contracts accepted by him'
• A money limit, such as 'up to Rs 2.5 Cr.' or 'up to 10% of contract value'
• 'SAME POWERS AS MENTIONED IN COL. 4', borrowing the column to its left
• 'NIL', meaning no power at that level
• 'FINANCE CONCURRENCE REQUIRED', or 'subject to finance concurrence'

Entries carry numbered AMENDMENTS with dates, such as 'Amend. No. 47 Dt. 09.01.17', beside the Board's letter. NOTES under an item add its conditions, such as the RCF Works SOP's notes on advances and completion reports. So you read the entry and its note together, and check the amendment beside it.अनुसूचियाँ हर अधिकारी के स्तंभ में कुछ ही प्रकार की प्रविष्टियाँ भरती हैं।

• 'पूर्ण शक्तियाँ', कभी सीमित, जैसे 'उसके द्वारा स्वीकार किए अनुबंधों के संबंध में पूर्ण शक्तियाँ'
• धन सीमा, जैसे '2.5 करोड़ रुपये तक' या 'अनुबंध मूल्य के 10% तक'
• 'स्तंभ 4 में उल्लिखित जैसी शक्तियाँ', बाईं ओर के स्तंभ से लेकर
• 'शून्य', अर्थात् उस स्तर पर कोई शक्ति नहीं
• 'वित्त की सहमति आवश्यक', या 'वित्त की सहमति के अधीन'

प्रविष्टियों के साथ, बोर्ड पत्र के पास, तिथि सहित क्रमांकित संशोधन होते हैं, जैसे 'संशोधन संख्या 47 दिनांक 09.01.17'। किसी मद के नीचे के नोट उसकी शर्तें जोड़ते हैं, जैसे आरसीएफ निर्माण एसओपी के अग्रिम और समापन रिपोर्ट के नोट। अर्थात् आप प्रविष्टि और उसका नोट साथ पढ़िए, और पास का संशोधन जाँचिए।
