Where both husband and wife are government servants, the allowance is admissible to ONLY ONE of them. It is not admissible to both, and it is not split between you. So decide between yourselves who will claim it, and let the other declare that he or she is not claiming.जहाँ पति और पत्नी दोनों सरकारी सेवक हों, वहाँ भत्ता उन दोनों में से केवल एक को देय है। यह दोनों को देय नहीं है, और यह आपके बीच बाँटा भी नहीं जाता। इसलिए आपस में तय कीजिए कि दावा कौन करेगा, और दूसरा यह घोषित कर दे कि वह दावा नहीं कर रहा।

NO MINIMUM SERVICE, AND NO CONDITION OF PASSINGन न्यूनतम सेवा, न उत्तीर्ण होने की शर्त

Two conditions you might expect are simply not there.

• There is NO minimum length of service for claiming the allowance, so a newly appointed railway servant may claim it
• The allowance is paid whether the child PASSES OR FAILS in the class

So neither your own service nor your child's result stands between you and the claim.दो शर्तें, जिनकी आप अपेक्षा कर सकते हैं, यहाँ हैं ही नहीं।

• भत्ते के दावे के लिए कोई न्यूनतम सेवा अवधि नहीं है, इसलिए नया नियुक्त रेल सेवक भी दावा कर सकता है
• भत्ता तब भी मिलता है जब बच्चा कक्षा में उत्तीर्ण हो या अनुत्तीर्ण

अर्थात् न आपकी अपनी सेवा, न आपके बच्चे का परिणाम, आपके और दावे के बीच खड़ा होता है।

WHEN SERVICE ITSELF COMES TO AN ENDजब सेवा ही समाप्त हो जाए

The allowance does not stop the day your service stops. On DEATH, SUSPENSION, DISMISSAL or REMOVAL, the allowance is still payable FOR THAT ACADEMIC YEAR. So the child's year is protected, whatever has happened to the employee.जिस दिन आपकी सेवा रुकती है, भत्ता उसी दिन नहीं रुकता। मृत्यु, निलंबन, पदच्युति अथवा हटाए जाने पर भी भत्ता उस शैक्षिक वर्ष के लिए देय रहता है। अर्थात् कर्मचारी के साथ जो भी हुआ हो, बच्चे का वर्ष सुरक्षित रहता है।

Reimbursement is made on completion of the FINANCIAL year, not the calendar year. Claims for tuition fee reimbursement are admitted on the basis of your OWN DECLARATION, together with authenticated documents. So you claim once the financial year is over, and your declaration carries the claim.

• WHAT COUNTS AS TUITION FEELIBRARY fee, ADMISSION fee and GAMES fee do NOT form part of tuition fee.

प्रतिपूर्ति वित्तीय वर्ष पूरा होने पर की जाती है, कैलेंडर वर्ष पर नहीं। ट्यूशन फीस की प्रतिपूर्ति के दावे आपकी अपनी घोषणा के आधार पर, प्रमाणित दस्तावेजों के साथ स्वीकार किए जाते हैं। अर्थात् आप वित्तीय वर्ष बीतने पर दावा करते हैं, और आपकी घोषणा ही दावे को उठाती है।

• शिक्षण शुल्क में क्या आता हैपुस्तकालय शुल्क, प्रवेश शुल्क और खेल शुल्क शिक्षण शुल्क का भाग नहीं हैं।
