THE TENDERS DECKनिविदा प्रस्तुति

The deck defines a tender as a notice to all business concerns to quote for supply of stores or execution of works. Its purpose is the cheapest, most economical and competitive rates, with careful consideration. Before calling a tender, four things are ready.

• The SITE of work handed over, with its plan
• The SCOPE, design, detailed drawings and SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES
• SOIL EXPLORATION done, to avoid later changes to foundations and structures
• Tender documents ready for sale from the notified date

The tender documents state six things.

• The EARNEST MONEY, security deposit and type
• Where and when to obtain forms and see the contract documents
• The DATE, TIME AND PLACE of tender opening
• The nature of work and its APPROXIMATE VALUE
• The AUTHORITY TO ACCEPT the tenders
• How erasures, alterations and cuttings are treated

So soil exploration comes before the tender, and you should know it prevents later design changes.प्रस्तुति निविदा को भंडार आपूर्ति या कार्य निष्पादन के लिए भाव देने की सभी व्यावसायिक संस्थाओं को सूचना बताती है। इसका प्रयोजन सावधानीपूर्ण विचार के साथ सबसे सस्ती, मितव्ययी और प्रतिस्पर्धी दरें हैं। निविदा बुलाने से पहले चार बातें तैयार होती हैं।

• कार्य का स्थल सौंपा गया, उसकी योजना सहित
• दायरा, डिजाइन, विस्तृत आरेख और मात्राओं की अनुसूची
• मृदा अन्वेषण पूरा, ताकि बाद में नींव और संरचनाओं में बदलाव न हों
• अधिसूचित तिथि से बिक्री के लिए निविदा दस्तावेज तैयार

निविदा दस्तावेज छह बातें बताते हैं।

• बयाना राशि, प्रतिभूति जमा और प्रकार
• प्रपत्र कहाँ और कब मिलें और अनुबंध दस्तावेज कहाँ देखें
• निविदा खुलने की तिथि, समय और स्थान
• कार्य का स्वरूप और उसका अनुमानित मूल्य
• निविदाएँ स्वीकार करने का प्राधिकारी
• मिटाने, बदलने और काट-छाँट से कैसे निपटा जाए

अर्थात् मृदा अन्वेषण निविदा से पहले आता है, और आप जानिए कि यह बाद के डिजाइन बदलाव रोकता है।

THE COST OF TENDER DOCUMENTS, AND WHAT THEY CONTAINनिविदा दस्तावेजों का मूल्य, और उनमें क्या होता है

The deck and the departmental notes give the same scale, for all departments except Stores.

• Tender value up to RS 5 LAKH — RS 1,000
• Above RS 5 LAKH up to RS 20 LAKH — RS 2,000
• Above RS 20 LAKH up to RS 50 LAKH — RS 3,000
• Above RS 50 LAKH up to RS 2 CRORE — RS 5,000
• Above RS 2 CRORE up to RS 50 CRORE — RS 10,000
• Above RS 50 CRORE — RS 25,000

The notes list the components of a tender.

• General instructions — cost, EMD, SD, and the dates of publication, closing and opening
• The NIT with its eligibility criteria, the GCC and the SPECIAL CONDITIONS of contract
• The scope of work schedule and the rate schedule

So a tender above Rs 50 crore costs Rs 25,000 to buy, and you should read the scale from the bottom up.प्रस्तुति और विभागीय नोट्स भंडार को छोड़ सभी विभागों के लिए एक ही पैमाना देते हैं।

• 5 लाख रुपये तक की निविदा — 1,000 रुपये
• 5 लाख रुपये से ऊपर 20 लाख रुपये तक — 2,000 रुपये
• 20 लाख रुपये से ऊपर 50 लाख रुपये तक — 3,000 रुपये
• 50 लाख रुपये से ऊपर 2 करोड़ रुपये तक — 5,000 रुपये
• 2 करोड़ रुपये से ऊपर 50 करोड़ रुपये तक — 10,000 रुपये
• 50 करोड़ रुपये से ऊपर — 25,000 रुपये

नोट्स निविदा के घटक बताते हैं।

• सामान्य निर्देश — मूल्य, बयाना राशि, प्रतिभूति जमा, और प्रकाशन, बंद होने और खुलने की तिथियाँ
• पात्रता मानदंडों सहित एनआईटी, जीसीसी और अनुबंध की विशेष शर्तें
• कार्य के दायरे की अनुसूची और दर अनुसूची

अर्थात् 50 करोड़ रुपये से ऊपर की निविदा खरीदने में 25,000 रुपये लगते हैं, और आप पैमाना नीचे से ऊपर पढ़िए।
