The scheme gives a MAXIMUM OF 3 FINANCIAL UPGRADATIONS. They come at 10, 20 and 30 YEARS of service. They also come on 10 YEARS OF CONTINUOUS SERVICE in the same level in the Pay Matrix, whichever is EARLIER. The scheme is available to Group 'A', 'B' and 'C', that is up to LEVEL 15. Officers of the ORGANISED Group 'A' Services are outside it. The time schedule for SCREENING is the FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY and of JULY. So your case is looked at twice a year, and you need not wait for a vacancy anywhere.यह योजना समूह 'क', 'ख' और 'ग' को, अर्थात् स्तर 15 तक उपलब्ध है। संगठित समूह 'क' सेवाओं के अधिकारी इससे बाहर हैं। छँटनी का समय जनवरी और जुलाई का पहला सप्ताह है। अर्थात् आपका मामला वर्ष में दो बार देखा जाता है, और आपको किसी रिक्ति की प्रतीक्षा नहीं करनी पड़ती।

• There is NO EFFECT ON SENIORITY
• ALLOWANCES also increase with the grant
• There is NO RESERVATION under the scheme

The benchmark of the APAR for MACP is VERY GOOD. So a financial upgradation moves your pay and your allowances, and it leaves your place in the list where it was.प्रश्न बैंक इस योजना को उससे जाँचता है जिसे वह छूती नहीं।

एमएसीपी के लिए एपीएआर का मानक 'बहुत अच्छा' है। अर्थात् वित्तीय उन्नयन आपका वेतन और भत्ते बढ़ाता है, और सूची में आपकी जगह जहाँ थी वहीं छोड़ देता है।
