The consultative committees you meet here are USERS' bodies. The National Railway Users' Consultative Council, NRUCC, deals with matters related to IMPROVING RAILWAY SERVICES and PASSENGER AMENITIES.

• NRUCC at the national level
• ZRUCC, the Zonal Railway Users Consultative Committee
• DRUCC, the Divisional Railway Users' Consultative Committee

So do not put them beside PNM and JCM in your mind. WHO CHAIRS EACH COMMITTEEहर समिति की अध्यक्षता कौन करता है

Each of the three has its own chairman and its own secretary.

• NRUCC: the RAIL MINISTER as chairman, and the Director, Traffic Commercial (General) II as secretary
• ZRUCC: the GENERAL MANAGER as chairman, and the Secretary to the GM or any other officer nominated by him, such as Sr. DOM or Sr. DCM
• DRUCC: the DRM as chairman, and a Senior Traffic Officer as secretary

So the chairman rises with the level, from the DRM to the General Manager to the Minister himself. So read the level in the question, and you will name the right chairman.तीनों में से हर एक के अपने अध्यक्ष और अपने सचिव हैं।

The three committees share one tenure and differ in the rest.

• TENURE: 2 YEARS for all three
• COMMENCED FROM: July for NRUCC, April for ZRUCC, January for DRUCC
• MEETINGS IN THE YEAR: 2 times for NRUCC, 3 times for ZRUCC, 3 times for DRUCC

So the tenure is the figure you can answer without reading further, and the month is the figure you must read carefully.तीनों समितियों का कार्यकाल एक जैसा है, बाकी में अंतर है।

THE OLDER COMMITTEE, AND WHAT IT SAYSपुरानी समिति, और वह क्या कहती है

The older guide carries the same body under its earlier name, the National Railway Users' Committee.

• It was FORMED IN 1953, to secure better representation of railway users and more frequent consultation
• The council holds office for a period NOT EXCEEDING TWO YEARS
• Its members are appointed by the Ministry of Railways
• They come from Chambers of Commerce, the travelling public, retired railway officers and the Ministries concerned with railway working
• In that older reading the MINISTER OF STATE or Deputy Minister is referred to as Chairman, and the RAILWAY MINISTER presides at meetings

So where the two readings differ on who chairs it, answer with the one your own material carries.पुरानी गाइड इसी निकाय को उसके पहले वाले नाम, राष्ट्रीय रेल उपयोगकर्ता समिति, से रखती है।

• यह 1953 में बनी, ताकि रेल उपयोगकर्ताओं का बेहतर प्रतिनिधित्व और अधिक बार परामर्श हो सके
