The All India Railwaymen's Federation was formed in 1922. The Trade Union Act was passed by Government in 1926.अखिल भारतीय रेलवेमेन्स फेडरेशन 1922 में बना। ट्रेड यूनियन अधिनियम सरकार ने 1926 में पारित किया।

The Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) was formed in 1946, and NRMU was formed in 1954.इंडियन नेशनल ट्रेड यूनियन कांग्रेस (INTUC) 1946 में बनी, और एनआरएमयू 1954 में बना।
