PREM did not begin under that name, and the dates are asked as they stand.

• A CORPORATE ENTERPRISE GROUP was set up at central level in the MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS in 1972
• It was set up on the ZONAL RAILWAYS in 1977, which the older guide dates from 15 JULY 1977
• It was later started as PREM in 1994

So if a question gives you 1972 or 1977, it is asking about the group that PREM grew out of.प्रेम की शुरुआत इसी नाम से नहीं हुई थी, और तिथियाँ जैसी हैं वैसी ही पूछी जाती हैं।

• 1972 में रेल मंत्रालय में केंद्रीय स्तर पर कॉरपोरेट एंटरप्राइज ग्रुप बना
• 1977 में यह क्षेत्रीय रेलवे पर बना, जिसे पुरानी गाइड 15 जुलाई 1977 से बताती है

The object is participation, and the word to keep is PRODUCTIVITY.

• Better and systematic participation of LABOUR IN MANAGEMENT, to improve the efficiency and viability of the organisation
• To build the image of the Railways as a SERVICE ORGANISATION
• To provide a free flow and exchange of IDEAS on the running and shaping of the organisation
• To apprise the INVESTMENT PROGRAMME, particularly in regard to housing and welfare activities

Staff matters cannot be discussed here unless they are linked with the overall productivity of the organisation. The older guide puts the same bar differently. Staff matters within the purview of PNM and JCM are not to be discussed in this forum. So your own grievance does not belong here. WHO SITS AT EACH LEVELहर स्तर पर कौन बैठता है

PREM works on a three-tier basis, and each tier has its own chairman and convenor.

• RAILWAY BOARD LEVEL: Chairman Railway Board as chairman, Secretary Railway Board as convenor
• ZONAL RAILWAY LEVEL: the GENERAL MANAGER as chairman, Dy. GM (General) as convenor
• DIVISIONAL LEVEL: the DRM as chairman, Sr. DPO or DPO as convenor

The question bank asks the divisional pair as President and Secretary, and answers DRM and Sr. DPO. So the names you write change with the tier, exactly as they do in PNM.प्रेम तीन स्तरों पर चलता है, और हर स्तर के अपने अध्यक्ष और संयोजक हैं।

• रेलवे बोर्ड स्तर: अध्यक्ष रेलवे बोर्ड अध्यक्ष के रूप में, सचिव रेलवे बोर्ड संयोजक के रूप में
• क्षेत्रीय रेलवे स्तर: महाप्रबंधक अध्यक्ष, उप महाप्रबंधक (सामान्य) संयोजक
• मंडल स्तर: डीआरएम अध्यक्ष, वरिष्ठ मंडल कार्मिक अधिकारी अथवा मंडल कार्मिक अधिकारी संयोजक

प्रश्न बैंक मंडल की यह जोड़ी अध्यक्ष और सचिव के रूप में पूछता है, और उत्तर देता है डीआरएम तथा वरिष्ठ मंडल कार्मिक अधिकारी। अर्थात् आप जो नाम लिखेंगे वे स्तर के साथ बदलते हैं, ठीक जैसे पीएनएम में।

WHO COMES FROM THE STAFF SIDE, AND HOW OFTENकर्मचारी पक्ष से कौन आता है, और कितनी बार

The staff side of PREM is wider than in PNM, because officers sit in it too.

• FOUR representatives each of NFIR and AIRF at Board level, and of NRMU and CRMS at zonal and divisional level
• FOUR representatives of the FEDERATION OF RAILWAY OFFICERS, or the railway officers association
• FOUR representatives of the PROMOTEE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION

The meeting is held ONCE IN THREE MONTHS at all three levels, and the question bank asks the zonal periodicity in exactly those words. So you will find officers' associations here and nowhere else in this chapter.प्रेम का कर्मचारी पक्ष पीएनएम से चौड़ा है, क्योंकि उसमें अधिकारी भी बैठते हैं।

• बोर्ड स्तर पर एनएफआईआर और एआईआरएफ के चार-चार प्रतिनिधि, तथा क्षेत्रीय और मंडल स्तर पर एनआरएमयू और सीआरएमएस के चार-चार
• रेलवे अधिकारी महासंघ, अथवा रेलवे अधिकारी संघ के चार प्रतिनिधि
• प्रोन्नत अधिकारी संघ के चार प्रतिनिधि

बैठक तीनों स्तरों पर तीन माह में एक बार होती है, और प्रश्न बैंक क्षेत्रीय स्तर की यही अवधि इन्हीं शब्दों में पूछता है। अर्थात् अधिकारियों के संघ आपको इस अध्याय में यहीं मिलेंगे, और कहीं नहीं।
