The kit pass on transfer depends on your PLPM.

• PLPM 11 TO 17
  • 6000 kg by goods train, plus reimbursement for moving your motor car by road
  • OR one 40-foot container, or two 20-foot containers, door to door, plus the car by road
  • OR one VPU by a passenger-carrying train
• PLPM 6 TO 11
  • 6000 kg by goods train, plus the car by road
  • OR one container (1 TEU), door to door, plus the car by road
  • OR one VP or VPU by a passenger-carrying train
• PLPM 5
  • 3000 kg of luggage plus one motor cycle or scooter, by goods train, parcel van or brake van, or by road
• PLPM 1 TO 4
  • 1500 kg of luggage plus one motor cycle, scooter, moped or bicycle, by the same means
  The table prints PLPM 11 in both of the first two rows. The terms of ACS No. 71 to the 1986 Rules continue.

THE VPU CUT IN YOUR TRANSFER GRANTआपके स्थानांतरण अनुदान में वीपीयू कटौती

If you take a VPU instead of goods-train weight or a container, your Composite Transfer Grant is cut.

• A car carried in the VPU: a 20 PER CENT cut in the admissible grant
• No car carried in the VPU: a 25 PER CENT cut

This applies to PLPM 6 and above. The table gives no reason for the higher cut when no car goes, so learn the two figures as a pair.यदि आप माल गाड़ी के भार या कंटेनर की जगह वीपीयू लेते हैं, तो आपका समग्र स्थानांतरण अनुदान घटता है।

A SEPARATE PASS FOR AN OFFICER'S ATTENDANTअधिकारी के परिचारक के लिए अलग पास

The GM may issue a separate second class cheque pass to an officer's attendant who does not travel with him, if essential.

• ON TRANSFER: the pass must be used within two months
• LONG LEAVE out of station over 2 months: used within 15 days before or after the leave
• Only if the officer uses a pass for his own journey. If he travels on a PTO, no separate pass for the attendant
• Between the same stations as the officer's privilege or transfer pass, and not if the attendant already went with him
• Probationers and temporary officers joining their first appointment get no attendant in second class
• No separate second class PTOs to attendants of officers

यदि आप स्थानांतरण पर गए अधिकारी हैं, तो आपके परिचारक का अलग पास दो महीने बाद समाप्त हो जाता है।
