WHAT EXCLUDED MEANSअपवर्जित का अर्थ

The rules make NO provision for Excluded staff on three things:

• Hours of employment
• Period of weekly rest
• Payment of overtime allowance

The Combined Book chart shows no statutory limit and no roster limit for them. Its text says no hours of work are prescribed. So if you are asked which class has no rostered hours, the answer is Excluded. For who is in it, turn to WHICH STAFF FALL IN WHICH CLASSIFICATION.नियम अपवर्जित कर्मचारियों के लिए इन तीन बातों पर कोई प्रावधान नहीं करते:

REST FOR EXCLUDED STAFFअपवर्जित कर्मचारियों का विश्राम

No hours are fixed for you, but rest still is. The Combined Book text gives it this way:

• Each month: a rest of not less than 48 CONSECUTIVE HOURS
• Or a rest of not less than 24 CONSECUTIVE HOURS in each fortnight

Its chart, for Group D staff, reads: 1 rest of 48 hrs or 2 rest of 24 hrs each in fortnight. The IRIME table writes it as 48/24. You should not call it a weekly rest, because no source gives it by the week.आपके लिए घंटे तय नहीं हैं, पर विश्राम तय है। कंबाइंड बुक का पाठ इसे ऐसे देता है:
