SPECIAL DISABILITY LEAVE, up to 24 months for disablement by a duty injury, has been OMITTED and replaced by Work Related Illness and Injury Leave. STUDY LEAVE may be granted for a course certified to be in the interest of the Railways. QUARANTINE LEAVE covers absence caused by exposure to an infectious disease. Extraordinary Leave may be granted on two different occasions — when no other leave is admissible, and when other leave is admissible but the railway servant asks in writing for extraordinary leave instead.असाधारण अवकाश दो अलग-अलग स्थितियों में दिया जा सकता है — जब कोई अन्य अवकाश देय न हो, और जब अन्य अवकाश देय हो किंतु रेल सेवक लिखित रूप में उसके स्थान पर असाधारण अवकाश माँगे।
