WHEN YOUR SERVICE IS REVIEWEDआपकी सेवा की समीक्षा कब होती है

The review of the service of a railway employee is done on completion of either 55 YEARS OF AGE or 30 YEARS OF SERVICE, whichever is EARLIER. The rule is RULE 1802(a) of IREC VOLUME II. So the review comes to most men at fifty-five, and earlier to the man who joined young.रेल कर्मचारी की सेवा की समीक्षा 55 वर्ष की आयु अथवा 30 वर्ष की सेवा, जो भी पहले पूरी हो, उस पर की जाती है। नियम है आईआरईसी खंड दो का नियम 1802(क)। अर्थात् समीक्षा अधिकतर लोगों के पास पचपन पर आती है, और जो कम उम्र में आया उसके पास उससे पहले।

THE AGES FOR GROUP A AND Bसमूह क और ख की आयु

For Group 'A' or 'B' service or post, held in a substantive or temporary capacity, the age of review turns on the age of entry.

• Entered Government service BEFORE the age of 35: reviewed after attaining 50 YEARS
• Entered AFTER the age of 35: reviewed after attaining 55 YEARS

So the earlier you entered, the earlier the review reaches you.समूह 'क' या 'ख' की सेवा या पद के लिए, चाहे वह स्थानापन्न हो या अस्थायी, समीक्षा की आयु प्रवेश की आयु से चलती है।

• 35 वर्ष की आयु से पहले सरकारी सेवा में आए: 50 वर्ष की आयु के बाद समीक्षा
• 35 वर्ष की आयु के बाद आए: 55 वर्ष की आयु के बाद समीक्षा

अर्थात् आप जितनी जल्दी आए, समीक्षा उतनी ही जल्दी आप तक पहुँचती है।

The same rule gives you a right of your own. Any railway servant may retire from service by giving a notice of 03 MONTHS in writing to the appropriate authority.

• After attaining 50 YEARS, if he is in Group 'A' or 'B' and entered Government service before the age of 35
• After attaining 55 YEARS, in ALL OTHER cases

So the ages that let the administration review you are the ages that let you go.वही नियम आपको अपना एक अधिकार भी देता है। कोई भी रेल सेवक समुचित प्राधिकारी को 03 माह की लिखित सूचना देकर सेवा से निवृत्त हो सकता है।

• 50 वर्ष की आयु के बाद, यदि वह समूह 'क' या 'ख' में है और 35 वर्ष की आयु से पहले सरकारी सेवा में आया
• 55 वर्ष की आयु के बाद, बाकी सभी मामलों में

अर्थात् जिन आयु पर प्रशासन आपकी समीक्षा कर सकता है, उन्हीं पर आप जा भी सकते हैं।
