The contribution to join RELHS is worked out from two figures.

• Your LAST MONTH'S BASIC PAY drawn
• The SUBSCRIPTION RATE for your level in the Pay Matrix

Whichever is LOWER is what you pay. So a man whose basic pay is below his slab rate pays his basic pay, and nobody pays more than his slab.आरईएलएचएस में आने का अंशदान दो आँकड़ों से निकलता है।

• आपका पिछले माह लिया गया मूल वेतन
• वेतन मैट्रिक्स में आपके स्तर की अभिदान दर

इन दोनों में से जो कम हो, वही आप देते हैं। अर्थात् जिसका मूल वेतन उसकी स्लैब दर से कम है, वह अपना मूल वेतन देता है, और कोई अपनी स्लैब से अधिक नहीं देता।

THE FOUR SLABSचार स्लैब

The subscription rates run by level in the Pay Matrix under the 7th CPC.

• LEVELS 1 TO 5: RS 30,000
• LEVEL 6: RS 54,000
• LEVELS 7 TO 11: RS 78,000
• LEVEL 12 AND ABOVE: RS 1,20,000

Notice that Level 6 stands alone between the first slab and the third. So read your level carefully, because one level either way changes the figure by tens of thousands.अभिदान दरें सातवें वेतन आयोग के वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर से चलती हैं।

• स्तर 1 से 5: 30,000 रुपये
• स्तर 6: 54,000 रुपये
• स्तर 7 से 11: 78,000 रुपये
• स्तर 12 और उससे ऊपर: 1,20,000 रुपये

ध्यान दीजिए कि स्तर 6 पहली और तीसरी स्लैब के बीच अकेला खड़ा है। इसलिए अपना स्तर ध्यान से पढ़िए, क्योंकि एक स्तर इधर या उधर आँकड़े को हजारों बदल देता है।

WHAT THE MONEY BUYSयह पैसा क्या खरीदता है

The contribution does not buy a level of care. It buys membership. The medical facilities are those admissible to a SERVING railway employee, whatever slab you paid from. So the slabs differ, and the treatment does not.अंशदान देखभाल का कोई दर्जा नहीं खरीदता। वह सदस्यता खरीदता है। चिकित्सा सुविधाएँ वही हैं जो कार्यरत रेल कर्मचारी को देय हैं, आपने चाहे किसी भी स्लैब से भुगतान किया हो। अर्थात् स्लैब अलग-अलग हैं, और इलाज अलग नहीं।
