The cash award for Prabodh, Praveen and Pragya runs on marks. At 70 per cent or more it is ₹1,600, ₹1,800 and ₹2,400. At 60 to 69 per cent, ₹800, ₹1,200 and ₹1,600. A stenographer whose mother tongue is not Hindi and who passes Hindi stenography gets personal pay equal to two increments for twelve months.जिस आशुलिपिक की मातृभाषा हिंदी नहीं है और जो हिंदी आशुलिपि उत्तीर्ण करता है, उसे बारह मास तक दो वेतनवृद्धि के बराबर वैयक्तिक वेतन मिलता है।

The Hindi incentive allowance requires five notes in Hindi in a day or three hundred in a quarter.हिंदी प्रोत्साहन भत्ते हेतु एक दिन में पाँच अथवा एक तिमाही में तीन सौ टिप्पणियाँ हिंदी में करनी होती हैं।

The honorarium to a part-time Hindi Librarian is ₹1,000 per month. For an OLIC clerk the sources differ — ₹300 per month in the SWR material, ₹600 in the question bank.राजभाषा कार्यान्वयन समिति के लिपिक को ₹600 मानदेय मिलता है, तथा अंशकालिक हिंदी पुस्तकालयाध्यक्ष को ₹1,000 प्रति माह।

The Rail Mantri Rajbhasha Rajat Padak goes to Senior Administrative Grade and above — the medal with ₹8,000 and an appreciation letter, to thirty officers a year.रेल मंत्री राजभाषा रजत पदक वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक ग्रेड तथा उससे ऊपर को मिलता है — पदक के साथ ₹8,000 तथा प्रशंसा पत्र, वर्ष में तीस अधिकारियों को।

Three book-writing awards share one prize structure of ₹20,000, ₹10,000 and ₹7,000. Lal Bahadur Shastri is for technical books on railway subjects, Premchand for a story book or novel, and Maithili Sharan Gupt for poetry.तीन पुस्तक-लेखन पुरस्कारों की एक ही पुरस्कार संरचना है — ₹20,000, ₹10,000 तथा ₹7,000 — रेल विषयों पर तकनीकी पुस्तकों हेतु लाल बहादुर शास्त्री, कहानी-संग्रह अथवा उपन्यास हेतु प्रेमचंद, तथा काव्य हेतु मैथिली शरण गुप्त।

The Rajbhasha Individual Cash Award Scheme gives ₹3,000 with a certificate, 134 prizes in all; Southern Railway awards eight officers and employees a year under it.राजभाषा व्यक्तिगत नकद पुरस्कार योजना ₹3,000 तथा प्रमाणपत्र देती है, कुल 134 पुरस्कार; दक्षिण रेलवे इसके अंतर्गत वर्ष में आठ अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को पुरस्कृत करती है।

All India Railway competitions in noting and drafting, essay writing and elocution each give eight awards — ₹5,000, ₹4,000, ₹3,000 and five consolation prizes of ₹2,500. The Zonal level gives six — ₹2,000, ₹1,600, ₹1,200 and three of ₹800.टिप्पण एवं प्रारूपण, निबंध लेखन तथा वाक् प्रतियोगिता की अखिल भारतीय रेल प्रतियोगिताएँ प्रत्येक आठ पुरस्कार देती हैं — ₹5,000, ₹4,000, ₹3,000 तथा ₹2,500 के पाँच सांत्वना पुरस्कार। क्षेत्रीय स्तर छह देता है — ₹2,000, ₹1,600, ₹1,200 तथा ₹800 के तीन।

The All India Hindi Drama Competition carries twenty-three prizes in all, and a maximum of fifteen artists may take part in a team.अखिल भारतीय हिंदी नाटक प्रतियोगिता में कुल तेईस पुरस्कार होते हैं, और एक दल में अधिकतम पंद्रह कलाकार भाग ले सकते हैं।

The Adarsh Rail shield goes to the Head of Office of a Zonal Railway. For an Adarsh Division the Chal Vaijayanti is the Acharya Mahavir Prasad Dwivedi shield in Regions A and B. Annual Programme correspondence targets. From a Region A office, 100 per cent to Regions A and B and 65 to Region C. From Region B, 90, 90 and 55. From Region C, a flat 55 everywhere.
