The work order number has EIGHT DIGITS.

• 1st and 2nd: the MAIN HEAD of the work order
• 3rd and 4th: the SHOP NUMBER within the workshop
• 5th, 6th and 7th: the DETAILED IDENTIFICATION of the work
• 8th: the CHECK DIGIT

So you read a work order as main head, shop, work and check digit.कार्य आदेश संख्या आठ अंकों की होती है।

• पहला और दूसरा: कार्य आदेश का मुख्य शीर्ष
• तीसरा और चौथा: कारखाने के भीतर शॉप संख्या
• पाँचवाँ, छठा और सातवाँ: कार्य की विस्तृत पहचान
• आठवाँ: जाँच अंक

अर्थात् आप कार्य आदेश को मुख्य शीर्ष, शॉप, कार्य और जाँच अंक के रूप में पढ़िए।

SUSPENSE HEADSउचंत शीर्ष

Suspense heads hold recorded transactions that CANNOT be booked to final heads of account, for any reason.

• They stay there TEMPORARILY, until cleared by payment, recovery or adjustment to final heads
• Accounts for INVENTORIES, such as materials held in stock and WORKS-IN-PROCESS in workshops, are suspense heads
• So are SUNDRY DEBTORS and CREDITORS accounts

  • Wages of workshop workers are primarily booked under the WORKSHOP MANUFACTURE SUSPENSE account
  • Workshop Manufacture Suspense falls under the minor head CAPITAL SUSPENSE, PH 7200
  So a workshop's work-in-process sits in suspense, and you should know it falls under PH 7200.

उचंत शीर्ष उन दर्ज लेनदेनों को रखते हैं जो किसी भी कारण से अंतिम लेखा शीर्षों में दर्ज नहीं हो सकते।
